Terms of Sale

1. Scope. These terms of sale govern all orders placed on shop.mrgrimaud.com between MODULAIRE STUDIO (identified in our [Legal Notice]) and any consumer. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Products. Products offered are physical goods (CDs, vinyl records, merchandise, signed items) and digital content (downloads). Limited editions are available while stocks last. Product photographs are as faithful as possible; minor variations, in particular on handmade, signed or limited items, do not constitute a lack of conformity.

3. Orders. Your order is confirmed once payment is validated; a confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to you. MODULAIRE STUDIO reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons (e.g. abnormal quantities, payment incident, incorrect address).

4. Prices and payment. Prices are displayed in the selected currency, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs which are stated before final confirmation. Payment is due in full at the time of order, via the secure payment methods offered at checkout. The Site remains the owner of the goods until full payment.

5. Delivery. Delivery terms, carriers, timeframes, zones and costs are detailed in our [Shipping Policy]. Delivery times run from the shipping confirmation. In case of delay of more than 30 days beyond the announced date, you may cancel the order and be refunded.

6. Right of withdrawal. As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, exercisable via the "Withdraw from contract here" function in the footer. All terms — including the exception for digital content delivered immediately — are set out in our [Refund & Return Policy].

7. Legal guarantees. All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code — 2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). To invoke them, contact contact@modulairestudio.com.

8. Digital content. Digital content is delivered by email/download link after payment. You expressly consent to immediate delivery at the time of order and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal (see product pages and Refund Policy). Digital files are for strictly personal use (see [Legal Notice], Intellectual Property).

9. Mediation and disputes. Consumer mediator: [MEDIATOR NAME AND CONTACT]. EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
