It does not transfer any intellectual property rights: any reproduction, communication to the public, synchronization, sampling, broadcast, or commercial exploitation of the recordings or works, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorization, and would constitute infringement punishable under articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. The musical works are protected under authors' rights administered notably by SACEM; the recordings are protected as phonograms.
