Refund & Return Policy

1. EU right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU; articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). This right applies to all items, including sale and discounted items.

To exercise it, use the withdrawal function available in the footer of our store ("Withdraw from contract here"), or notify us by any other unambiguous statement by email to contact@modulairestudio.com, including via the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this policy. You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email stating the content of your declaration and the date and time it was sent.

2. Exception — digital content

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (digital mixtapes, downloads) once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (art. L. 221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). This is indicated on the relevant product pages and collected at the time of order.

3. Returning your item

Return the item in its original condition, unworn/unused and in its original packaging where possible, without undue delay and at the latest 14 days after your withdrawal declaration, to:

Return shipping costs are at your expense. We recommend tracked shipping, as the burden of proof of return lies with you. You do not need our prior authorization to return an item under your right of withdrawal, but contacting us first at contact@modulairestudio.com helps us process your refund faster.

4. Refund

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal declaration. The refund may be deferred until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of shipment. We will use the same means of payment as for the initial transaction, at no cost to you. Where permitted by law, we may apply a deduction for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

5. Damaged, defective or wrong items

Inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at contact@modulairestudio.com with photos: we will repair, replace or refund, with return costs at our expense. EU consumers also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects.

6. Non-EU customers

For orders shipped outside the European Union, we accept returns under the same conditions (14 days from delivery, item in original condition, return shipping at your expense) as a courtesy policy.
