Withdrawal form

In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673), you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive the goods. For downloadable digital content, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of this right at checkout.

How it works:

1. Fill in the form below with your first name, last name, email address and order number.
2. Tick the box "I confirm the withdrawal" and click Confirm withdrawal.
3. You will immediately receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email, stating the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was sent.

We will refund your order (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving your declaration — this may be deferred until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of shipment. Return shipping costs are at your expense. The product must be returned in its original condition.
