Shipping Policy

Processing. Orders are prepared and shipped within 7 business days of payment confirmation. Pre-orders and limited editions may indicate a specific shipping date on the product page. Digital products are delivered instantly by email — no shipping applies.

Carriers and destinations. We ship from France worldwide. Depending on your address and the option selected at checkout, orders are shipped via Mondial Relay (pickup points, France/EU), Colissimo (home delivery, tracked) or their international partners [ADAPTER À TES OPTIONS SENDCLOUD RÉELLES]. All shipments include tracking, communicated by email at dispatch.

Timeframes (indicative, from dispatch). France: [2-4] business days. European Union: [3-8] business days. Rest of the world: [5-15] business days. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Costs. Shipping costs depend on destination and weight and are displayed at checkout before payment.

Customs (non-EU orders). Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees, which are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Issues. If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, contact contact@modulairestudio.com with your order number (and photos in case of damage). For damaged parcels, note reservations with the carrier upon delivery whenever possible.
